You send us your documents through our client portal, we take care of the bookkeeping, and you get clean reports ready when you need them. We check in regularly, ask questions when something is unclear, and flag anything that needs your attention. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes a month on bookkeeping-related tasks.
What is the difference between catch-up and clean-up?+
Catch-up means your books are simply behind, we just need to record the missing transactions. Clean-up means there are errors, duplicates, or miscategorized entries that need to be fixed first. Sometimes a client needs both.
Do you work with clients across all of Canada?+
Yes, we work fully remotely using secure online platforms. Wherever you are in Canada, we can help.
Yes, as an add-on to your bookkeeping. We prepare T1 personal returns for sole proprietors (including T2125 business schedule), T2 corporate returns for CCPC corporations, and personal T1 returns for corporation owners. GST/HST filing is available as a separate add-on as well.
Not directly. We recommend clients run payroll themselves using software like Wagepoint or QuickBooks Online, it keeps costs down and gives you full control. We help you set it up correctly, keep your books clean around it, handle CRA remittance entries, and prepare your T4 and T5 slips when the time comes.
What software do you use?+
We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Hubdoc for day-to-day bookkeeping. We use Xenett as our client portal, it keeps communication and document sharing clean and organized. If you don't have a system yet, we will help you choose and set one up.
How do you keep my financial information safe?+
We use secure, encrypted platforms and treat all client information with strict privacy standards. Confidentiality is very important to us.

We accept e-transfer, credit card via Stripe, and bank transfer. All payments are secure and processed through our client portal.
